Oblate Function Hall Tewksbury, Massachusetts This renovation and addition project for The Oblate Novitiate House will feature a new function hall with seating for 225 people at tables, with views of the natural landscaping of the site. A new entrance lobby, bathrooms and kitchen have also been designed. The Parking area has been redesigned to provide spaces for 30 cars.
