St. Agnes Parish Master Plan Arlington, Massachusetts The Master Plan Study being completed for St. Agnes Parish is a survey of the existing conditions of the parish buildings and grounds to determine the extent of the renovations that would be required to repair and modernize the existing campus and buildings. It includes an inspection and analysis of four buildings: the Elementary School, the High School, the Fidelity House, and the Parish Center and Convent. Concepts for phased renovations for all of the buildings have been developed. The current space uses of each of the buildings were also reviewed. The educational space uses are compared with the State of Massachusetts Department of Education regulations. This comparison identifies the differences in room square footages and programs offered.
